The rut may soon kick in around the Chatt-town area. I live in Dayton, work in Chatt, and know of at least 6 deer hit by cars in between the two in the last 1-1/2 weeks. One was killed close to a buddy's house last night, a 6 point. Usually when you start seeing deer hit by cars like this, there is something going on.

I think it is trying to start! My brother watched a buck chase a doe around for almost an hour monday morning. Then I killed a doe yesterday and she absolutely stinks!
