An old marine buddy of mine lives up there so he hooks me up with places to hunt. There is tons of public land as well that Ill also be checking out if his spots arent producing.

Can't go this year because of my 3 mth old boy, plus the wife would kill me. I friend of mine just got back empty handed but another friend of mine just shot nice 8 monday. All in Brown county. The good thing is that all of the corn is out this year so you boys should have some good luck! Travel safe!

Myself and a buddy of mine are leaving Wednesday the 17th for a 3 day gun hunt in Jefferson county. This is our first trip to Illinois.
