My 3 day Long Point Unit gun hunt is coming up next weekend and I'm going up this Sunday to look around. Anyone have any last minute advice on where to concentrate my scouting?? Thanks!

Spent the day scouting on the Long Point Unit and I have to say, the timber is still a tangled mess from the ice storm a couple of years back. Is all the timber on that unit like that??

Good luck! Was also up there today. Driest I've ever seen it. Lots of ground deer usually cant acess. Not much sign, how bout you?

Toyota ext cab, burgendy colored, then I saw a white ext cab toyota, a ext cab chevy and then met another person driving up the road down by the goose pen. I covered a lot of ground, looked at several spots we"ve hunted over the years, very little sign. Hope there will be some pressure.
