Big doe down. Had a great hunt this A.M.
Several deer, busytails everywhere. 2 big hawks came in and lit in a tree about 6 feet from me. Absolutely awesome.
2 mature does and a large spike came in, largest doe finally feed close enough and drew. Of course she turns once the pin settled. Stayed at full draw, she walks directly under me and I'm busted.
Still at full draw, runs back up the hill, at 22yds she stops to see if she really saw something. Bad mistake. Double lung, she still ran 200 yards or better. 127 lbs
Finally, monkey off my back, meat in the freezer.
