Hi All,
My first post and I hope I posted in the right section. Anyhow, looking for information on Percy Priest's Unit L as a friend suggested I bow hunt there. I recently moved from Chicago where hunting was nearly obsolete and having grown up hunting in Michigan, I am anxious to get out and hunt again. I've searched thru the TN hunting guide and also the Percy Priest websites but cannot find anything on Unit L. If anyone has a number I can call or anything helpful, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.
Mike

Go to the forum about twra questions. There are a few guys on this site that are twra reps. I dont know alot about the preist wma but i know there is a bow only area out there. I have a buddy that hunts it sometimes. They say there are some great bucks out there. Go to the TWRA website and look for the region office number.

http://www.state.tn.us/twra/region2/region2wmas.html Percy Priest has Unit 1&2.The unit L has me confused. The state has units A.B.&L http://www.state.tn.us/twra/deerseasons.htmlI have not hunted Priest for awhile. From past experence a boat is a good way to get to some of the more inacessible areas.Deer will swin out to the islands to escape pressure.
I think he means Percy priest WMA in Unit L, which it is. there are maps on the website. most is easy to access by road and the rest you need a boat.
