Can anyone tell me how to make a MOCK scrape? And any success stories would be great as well. Or failures?

The most important aspect of a successful mock scrape is where you make it. Look for an area of high interacting deer traffic (lots of different deer patterns that cross through one area) that doesn't already have a scrape. In essence, look for one of those areas where you would really expect to find scrapes but there aren't any yet.

Once you've found a good location, look for a tree with an over-hanging limb about 4-5 feet from the ground. Pick up a stick and scrape all the leaves out from under the overhanging limb (throw or carry the stick far away so the scent from your hands is not left in the area). Then just "whip it out" and hose down the mock scrape with your own urine. No need to put anything on the over-hanging limb. Deer will begin using it simply because the scrape is there.

Now don't expect a lot of daylight activity at any scrape--mock or real. The vast majority of scaping activity occurs at night. But recently I have been getting good daylight pictures of bucks at mock scrapes both early in the morning and between 5-6 PM.

Both this wide 3 1/2 year-old 8-point and the mature 10-point were photographed last week between 5-6 PM using the mock scrape. Both bucks also came back and worked the scrape late at night as well:
