When any deer is killed illegally, even on private property, it is a slap in the face to honest hunters and the tradition.
A deer of this size would look great on the wall of an actual hunter......
truly sad.....

Talked to two TWRA guys in Jackson today, about Presidents Island, and just asked them if they had heard anything about it, they said only that they heard it was going to court. I hate to cast a stone, I'm sure we will hear more about it.

I was wondering how long it would take before this came up. I recieved the pictures from a bordering landowner a couple days after it was taken. A real shame indeed.I hope they sitck it to the guy. The crazy thing is his wife who was with him said there were a few other bucks with this one that were just as large.
