Getting things gathered up and ready to head out late tomorrow night for the youth hunt with my 10 year old. Looking forward to some backcountry camping and just getting away from busy life. Who else will be there? Any suggestions on where to start scouting friday would be gladly accepted, feel free to PM me the secrets there this year.  We will be in area 13. Good luck to all the youth there!

Me and my son will be at Piney Campground and in area 13. This weekend should be great weather wise. Can't wait to get up there. We've hunted area 15 for the last several years and thought we'd change it up a little and head to 13 this year.

I am the same way this year. I actually wanted area 15 but somehow put 13 as first choice and that is what we got. I have never hunted 13 so it will be a learning experience for us. I wanted to do some bowhunting-scouting in 13 for him but work schedule and a new baby just didnt allow it.

Headed that way friday after my 12 year old gets out of school.We will be camping at Rushing Creek and hunting in area 11. He is so excited about going to the same area where he killed a nice 8 pointer last year. Good luck to everyone and have a safe and memorable hunt.

I hope everyone has a great time on the LBL Juvi hunt. I'm heading to the mountains for some R&R and will await all the posts about the deer that were seen and killed.

Going up to hunt some Army Corp land close by with my son. We will be getting there sorta late Friday night but we will be around Saturday mid-day and night. Camping on Tharpe road Gray T100 Toyota with a camper. If any of you are by there feel free to stop by and say howdy. Always a pleasure to meet TnDeer folks.
