One year ago today my dad died at 55yrs. of age from an intercranial hemorhage (severe brain bleed). He taught me the many wonders and mysteries of the woods and mother nature to the best of his abilities and started doing so when i was a little boy around age 5. Together we fished, deer scouted, hung deerstands, deerhunted (my favorite), and many other things that i could list allday. I've done good doing the things he has taught me by myself, I think he would be proud. One more hunt with him would be awesome, but i know he is there every time i fill up my quiver, load a shockwave into my knight, chamber a 130 grain .270 in my ruger, and anytime i enter the woods period. He was my dad but he was also my best friend! MY DAD AND ME I love you dad and i will see you in heaven someday. Your wildman and best friend JOSH (tracker)

Josh ive had the pleasure having knowing you and your father both for many years. Your father was a fine man and raised you up to be a great person that you are now. Its hard to believe its been a year since he passed. I know you miss him but like you said, we'll all see him again one day.

I know the feeling of losing your father, esp when he's a super dad. Sorry to hear of your loss Josh, sounds like a man to share the woods with.

You're not alone, I wish I could just have one more day to fish, hunt, or just talk to my Dad again. But you know that you will see him again one day, as do I know I'll see my Dad again too. \:\)

Sorry for your loss Josh, just think about all the good times.

I never had a chance to do anything with my dad. He left when I was 4 and I seen him maybe 3-4 times until he died when I was a freshman in high school.

Be thankful you had spent that amount of time with yours.
