What is the fine for something like this? -sure am glad he was caught.
Also, who drives around with a hunting rifle in their truck this time of year? I can understand having a shotgun or a AR, but if you're driving around with your .306 bolt action, either you're looking to poach or possibly make a sniper kill. -not much justification for a personal defense weapon (though, legal and should remain so). Or, did he see this deer and go home to grab his gun?

not that this matters but how did they know it was poached?, i dont watch CSI so i dont know how they could tell it was shot with a rifle. And then he claimed it with a cross bow?.....why thats not even bow huntin'.....just kiddin' I couldnt help myself
