what kind of cold weather gloves do yall suggest for this winter?

For temps down to about freezing, I like either wool or polarfleece fingerless gloves. Below that, I wear some type of mittens with a fold-back end that lets you get your finger tips out when you need 'em.

Ive got several pairs (multiple brands) of each, but don't have a clue who made 'em. I don't know that the brand is all that important as long as they're warm and they let me get my finger tips out.
