I usually toss all my hunting clothing and boots in a big scent free bag from Hunter Speocialties. I have always put my boots in with my clothes. Should I keep them seperated? My boots have more odor than my clothes.

I keep them seperate. Have one HS bag for clothes and one for boots and backpack. Also keep scent wafers in the bags

Why would you want them stored seperately when you are just going to wear them all together anyway. Am I missing something here. Makes as much sense to me as storing your bibs and jacket seperately.

I store my boots separately. I have some stinky-a$# feet and my boots are generally steaming. I drop a couple of those Scent Blocker discs in each boot after I take them off and as soon as I get home, I put them outside. If they are really wet, I'll put them on the boot dryer.
This season, I started rotating 2 pairs of boots (like I said, stinky feet). This has helped considerably. I started regularly washing the insoles, which has made a big difference as well.
By rotating boots and washing the insoles, my boots so far have had no noticeable (to me) oder. This is the first season I haven't had noticeable boot odor.

Cause storing them in a bag together will mix foot odor on hunting clothes. I got a tote I will use to store my boots in.

Yeah, rubber boots can seriously get loaded up with bacteria. Personally, I want to keep that bacteria off my hunting clothes as much as possible. BUT, no need to go down the scent-war flame again.
