Great encounter I lost a good 8 point kindof the same thing. Hit the trigger after holding too long and hit him in no mans land good thing is hes o k. Got some trail cam pics of him hes nothing great bet hes good for this area with the pressure around me.

That is the longest I ever had to hold. I've held for twenty or thirty seconds before and that was worrisome, but this felt like hours.
I think I will start practicing this some at home. Don't know how much it will help, but worth a try.
