I've been hunting really hard since season opened at the expense of some family time. Given the unseasonably warm temps this weekend I've elected to sit this one out. I'm going to practice shooting my bow and catch up on some family time.
Good luck to everyone going afield this weekend.

My 5 yr old asked if we could have a guys day tomorrow instead of going to the lease. I don't care if the next world record was scheduled to walk under my tree tomorrow I would just miss out on it. He didn't want to go to the lease this time which is really strange so, we'll go hang out and do whatever he wants.

Same here. Taking this weekend off. Haven't been since this past weekend and aim not going unti next weekend to catoosa. Seasons been really slow so far so I'm taking a break to make myself appreciate it even more.
