Whats with all this North wind that we are getting? Its always North,North East,Or North west..And its forcasted to keep coming out of the North for the next 10 days..I don't have but 1 stand site to hunt with a north wind..Its killing me..Whats a man to do? I don't recall this much North wind in years past.

Just stay in the spot that you know the deer passy thru. If you happen to be there during that golden hour of the evening when the wind dies down and the squirrels start to annoy you then it will pay off. Thats my experience anyway!

Its great for me in the afternoon but mornings its a little tough to find an area where N is good. can't have everything.

For tomorrow morning here in Va, it's supposed to change from North some time tonight to West by in the morning...calm and 5mph. I'm about 1/4 mile from the Tn line. May be changing for you guys too

Tn has had a north wind in the fall for the past billion years! There is always a north wind when temps cool off.

Tn has had a north wind in the fall for the past billion years! There is always a north wind when temps cool off.
Wrong! The prevailing wind around here is S or SW. North wind may come in Dec-Jan, but usually not this early, this constant and this hard-------not in September-October.
