The heck with the rack. they are not that common. I know Albinos are more rare, but i have seen one or two of them in the wild and never seen a pie bald in the wild. It's rare enough that I would shoot it.

Pretty deer, unless he was on a huge place where you feel very good he wont get killed by somebody else before next year, I would have to shoot him myself, just too unique of an opportunity IMO!

That would be awesome to shoot a piebald deer. And for him to have rack on his head is a bonus. I would let the air out of him.

I've killed two, a seven point and a cowhorn. Wish now I would have saved the hides, but a mount never crossed my mind. We let a piebald half rack go on several occasions last year, and their was a buttonhead also on the same property, not sure if either one made it. Since myself and the other guy with me on the lease have killed'em before, we don't really pay that much attention to their color, we're focused on age/antlers. Guess we're pretty lucky to be able to do that.
To kill or not to kill, that is the question. Go for it, at least then you can say you've done it!
