Took Grunt Tube and Bleat Can Out of My Pack!

For the early season I try to pack as light as possible. I enjoy doing an inventory several times of what I NEED vs all the gadgets. I am removing the grunt tube and bleat can until the rut. Anybody going to drop the calls for the early season?

I would keep a grunt handy. It may not be effective to use it when you haven't seen a deer, but when you do and it is going away from you I have had them come back to check it out when i grunted at them.

I have had early season using a grunt tube also.

I keep my grunt call, the can, in my pack. But durning archery season a fawn bleat call stays in my pocket where I can get to it easily. My favorite call during archery season.

Bleat and grunt both stay in the pack!! I have seen does come to the bleat out of curiosity!!
