Exactly. You can move head, body, arms and hands considerable distances without being busted as long as you move them very, very slowly, and in a fluid motion with no sudden jerks.

I mainly move my head and slow at that . When I think I need to stand and strech I scan in all directions before I move . When I move it is very slow and quite !

Way too much. I move around more than most kids, just can't sit still. However I'm careful to slowly look around to see if anything is around before moving. I can't recall off the top of my head if I've ever been busted with these un-necessary for movements, and I've killed a few deer.

On absolutely freezing cold mornings, I've been known to climb down from my stand and do jumping jacks in a creek bed to get the blood flowing.
