Rubber Boots Smell Like Rubber

Just bought a pair of rubber boots for the first time. Is there a way to cut some of the rubber smell down? I've washed them 4 times with hunters soap. Still smells of rubber real bad.

at this time its better than leather. Use coverscent and dont rub up against branches when entering a standsight

It will wear off.... Sit them outside in the heat (sun).. You can also spray them with a scent eliminator product while they are outside.... Not a big deal...

If you have access to horse, cow or goat manure I'd put then in a container with a turd or two for a few days.

If you have access to horse, cow or goat manure I'd put then in a container with a turd or two for a few days.
I don't have any animals, so I use my own...
