Is this a very old doe or could she be pregnant?
Body is huge.
We have a very late rut. Still have a couple of very small spotted fawns as of last week on camera.
Huge belly and nipples hanging down.

Very possible for her to be pregnant. I have seen fawns less than 20# in October. With a gestation of a little over 200 days, she could have been bred in late February or March, and be ready to pop about now.
