Sunday morning Plinker22, Many Arrows, and me headed to Yuchi to do some scouting. After walking about 9.5 miles we can now conclude "there are no deer on Yuchi WMA". Dont know why anyone would even want to put in for that draw hunt. $;\)$ $;\)$ $;\)$

We did find some good areas to hunt. Seen a few deer. I jumped up a small 4 point bedded in a grown up field and we seen quite a few does and yearlings. Should be a good time... The coolest thing we saw while we was there.... A fawn and a doe feeding about 70 yds from us in a field. The fawn must have gotten lost in the tall grass and started bleating. And i mean bleating. Every breath and really really loud. Changed the way I will use a bleat call in early season for sure... All around great time.....

I have never seen a deer during scouting, but I'm rarely quiet enough and usually looking at small pieces of property

Remember, that was a fawn bleating, not a doe. That will work sometimes early in the season on DOES. It will not attract a buck...as a general rule. A doe bleat is a different deal all together.

did you get it this year and have you ever drawn 2 years in a row? the reason i ask is these [censored] got drawn last year AND this year. i think it's a conspiracy and there should be an investigation. $;\)$

OOOOOOOOO Stik.... That has to hurt....

Btw we opened up our own investigation on Sunday morning and discovered some evidence that is undisputable. WOW... I love that place....
