Another Bow Question

I am shootin an AR Velocity and it seems that after every 3rd shot or so my sting starts to rotate. I noticed this because the rubber around my peep starts to twist around the sting (looking from the top it goes counter-clockwise). I can reset the rubber but still after 3 shot it goes back. What can i do?

Is it a new bow or a new string on the bow?..might try a zebra string....
