....I would like to know more about photos,can you do topo over lay on the photos.I'm in easy driving of your area.
The photos would need to be georeferenced to do that. Plus the photos would have to have very limited lens distortion or be rubber-sheeted to remove distortion.

I would think that something other than straight down photos would be more helpfull?

Just the fact that the resolution is so much better would be a big help. And I don't think one needs to over lap topo. Just have a topo sitting there beside it when your looking at the photo it's not too hard to figure out. IMO Great Pics.
