I like to stay around 16 feet during bow season

As high as I can safely hunt and still have good background cover.I usually like to be atleast 20ft up,but I have a lock on in an oak tree on a field edge that is right at 15ft,but its got alot of background cover and is brushed in real good..I feel good about it.

Around 16 feet,ladder stands.Use multiple stands to cover wind direction.

Most of my stands are 10-12 feet. I hang stands however the cover dictates but try to always stay below 20 feet. One of my better stands is 8-feet.

Depends were I'm at . But usualy some where around 20 ft .
