The only complaint I have about 2-man ladder stands is puting them up. They are definitely a 2 or 3-man job.

What I do when setting up a 2-man stand;
Get it setup to the tree, then I hook up my Summit climbing stand under it, climb up on that, put the ratchet straps on from behind the 2-man stand.
You can set them up by yourself safely this way.

How the heck do you get the stand up against the tree by yourself? I certainly can't.
