I wouldn't hunt 2k acres that had 30 bucks taken off of it last year. That would be your local WMA.
No doubt

I wouldn't hunt 2k acres that had 30 bucks taken off of it last year. 30 deer total for that matter, especially only 500 acres. There is no way a property that size can sustain that type of harvest or even hold many more animals than that. People just do not understand habitat vs. density to save their lives sometimes and then they question bag limits. Yes, hence "red flag".
That ain't no red flag, that's a bloody bedsheet

1 of 2 things here
1. A lier and scam
2. Waaaaaaay too much pressure, over harvest, under-managed
Either way, forget it and hunt public land. At least you will keep your money
Another thing to think about----30 bucks can legally be taken by 10 hunters. 10 hunters/500 acres---i would say that there were probally more hunters than that on that tract.
LEAVE IT ALONE

Yea I guess that would be a better description. I just know I would know this guy didn't know anything about deer hunting with numbers like that...

I hunt public land alot, 30 bucks on 500 acres-----ha ha, for that matter total 30 deer--doe and buck per 500 acres, laughable. What is the carrying capacity of the 500 acres, at that rate they are killing 38.4 deer per square mile and that is bucks only. Carrying capacity for that land must be 100+ per square mile. No way. He is full of shat.
