im hunting in northwest alabama this year but live in memphis. alabama doesnt have a kill tag and i like to use the processor in memphis that i have for a while. as you know in tn the deer has to have the kill tag with it at the processor. any ideas of what i can do or if the processor will even take the deer? Thanks guys

What processor in Memphis do you use?

I don't think you can transport the deer across the state line unless it has been properly de-boned...Better check with TWRA.

I've never used Dino's, but have heard that their turn around time is ridiculously slow -as in 2+ months slow. Have any comment on that?

havent had that problem with them. usually its around 2 weeks. did a real good job with a cape as well. i just love their deer chirizo sausage and the italian sausage. who do you use around here?

I've mostly used a place down in Hernando. Though, I may give Dino's a try this year as I would love to get some more "extravagant" sausages. Are you limited to store hours drop off there?
