Summit makes the Switchblade folds down pretty flat... here are some specs...
Just like the knife, this treestand deploys with lightning-quick speed. Also, it breaks down and stores just as fast. This fold-down design facilitates easy storage or transport. Lightweight, quiet, roomy and comfortable, the Switchblade features a padded seat that can be raised or lowered when hunting with a bow or gun. The front bar makes climbing a breeze while doubling as a rock-solid gunrest. Tested to TMA standards and includes a full-body safety harness with S.R.S (Suspension Relief System). Includes QuickDraw™ trigger system, RapidClimb™ Stirrups, a full-body safety harness, Suspension Relief System (SRS) and carrying straps. Made in USA. Platform size: 20" x 28-3/4". Weight: 23 lbs. Weight capacity: 300 lbs.

The aluminum two piece models that Dicks sells are 21#s combined and they are for samller framed folks. I modify several things on them and like them just as good as my summitt. Exactly, and to my knowledge they have not not had near the problems with the lack of quality in the materials and craftsmanship that Summit has had either.

agreed. I've had mine for three years. I love it. I have made my own modifications, but it is all in all the most efficiant stand for me.
