Ok im lookin at P.I. on google earth .....can anyone tell me where ensley unit is on there? ive found a triangle shape patch of woods just north of Dooleys Island, and its at the end of what appears to be a trucking yard?? Any info GREATLY appreciated!

Sounds like it, 900 acre triangle of woods is it!

I wonder if there are deer on the island 1.7 miles to the West, in the middle of the river on the AR side. It certainly appears to be big enough to hold deer, but can they swim that channel?

They do in the Decatur, Al area where I hunt some. Boaters see them all the time when Wheeler wildlife area is hunted.
