VAAP scouting day?

Well I got blessed and got drawn for the 2nd hunt at VAAP this year! I'm pumped to say the least! When it use to be open there was a scouting date in the hunting guide, I've looked this year and can't find anywhere that there is a scouting date, Does anybody know anything more than me? Thanks

I read up on that place and I think there was info on the VAAP site. I think it may have mentioned when you could scout.
