Hey Scott, I'll call you tomorrow. We drew Tower Shielding for the first time.

I missed the biggest buck that I have ever seen in the woods before at oak ridge. I was so sick that weekend that I could hardly even climb the tree I was in. He came in on me following 5 does and I couldn't draw my bow I was so weak.He gave me a 15 yard broadside shot. I was finally able to draw on him at 28 yards and Killed myself a nice little oak sapling.

There are plenty of deer in Oak Ridge, and some really good bucks to boot! Tower Shielding is fenced on 3 sides and backs up to the lake on the other. These hunts are a good opportunity to kill a deer for sure!
but the fence is down in many places.The deer are not trapped like you make it seem.

LMAO, they have never been trapped and if I made it sound that way I didnt mean to. Those deer have always been able to come and go as they please. There are holes in the fence, holes under the fence, low places where its even easier than normal for them to jump it, the lake where they can swim around or across, etc.
The fence just happens to be there, it doesnt affect the deer much at all. I simply stated that the entire Oak Ridge area is a good place to hunt, and to kill a good buck. If you dont believe me look at the data thats been collected there, some super bucks are killed each and every year along with plenty of deer.
