Shorter distances during archery season, say 50-500 yards from vehicle most times. My biggest problem is I perspire like the dickens and it kills my confidence being up a tree before daylight sweaty. I just feel like the deer can smell me 100X more.
As it cools of in late Oct on through Dec I will routinely walk or ride a bike 1-2 miles to hunt.

The least I can. When I was in my late teens and into my late twenties, we walked a long ways. We had some stands that were about 2.5 miles away. There were no "4-wheelers" back then, and even if there were, it was a place where they couldn't be used.
My brother killed a buck in 1969 that was about 2 miles away from our "parking" spot. We yere young and inexperienced, so we cut down about a 5" diameter tree to haul out the 100 lb. 6 pointer. I'll swear to this day that that tree weighed more than his buck!(ha) Never been so sore and tired in my life.
After awhile, I figured out the best bucks were very near where we were parking! Go figure.

I walk as far as it takes to get to the deer I dont care how far it is. I coon hunt alot and my dog likes to tree as far from the truck he can so walkin doesnt really bother me. The farthest ive ever walked to a treestand was a little over three miles and that was in kentucky. The hard part for me is walkin back to the truck after sittin in a stand all day.

75 - 100 yds. Most times but don't mind walking as long as I have plenty of time.

I have walked as little as 50 yards and as far as an hour and 45 minutes one way.
Depends on where I am hunting I guess.

Anywhere from 100 yards to 4 miles. Usually closer in during bow and then head way back in the mountains when the rifles get to firing.
