The same gun and caliber that that I have used in the last 40+
years of deer hunting. Model 70 Winchester with the .270 caliber.
I have had a Redfield Widefield scope on it for the last 36
years, so my rifle and I am about ready for a new scope (ha).
Any suggestions for a new scope?

my new BAR 30-06 until i kill a deer with it. then back to the ol' winchester .270.

I will will be illinois opening day of our rifle season, so I will be using a 12 gauge. As soon as I get home probably a 7mm08

not me!! i would rather do away with rifle season. muzzleloader is my favorite and my vacation every year.
