I dread opening of duck season the weekend after Thanksgiving. A neighboring property is a high-dollar duck club, and the shotgun blasts are deafening that weekend. They blow me right out of the deerstand.

Then add in the guys at the Dug Gap pit blind with their goose guns...
Wow, it's loud...
The funny thing is, the deer pay no attention to all the gunfire. They feed along without even turning their ears.
