Yup.

We can't help it that we have the best wildlife agency in America.

It's pretty darn good shore nuff snuffy. I guess I just wanna understand the reasoning behind the whole baiting issue which has yet to be answered. If twrc/twra is so "right" and have been for 30+ years why haven't other states caught on in our area? After all they generally do produce bigger bucks don't they? Not that it's a baiting issue but more of a management issue so it's hard to believe that Tennessee is such good managers that they produce lower quality bucks than neighboring states that are worse managers with better quality bucks.

Wonderful... Another obvious TN deer management "hater." I would explain the baiting issue further, but it's already been explained. Yet you don't want to accept the real answer given by scn and BigGameGuy. That leads me to believe you wouldn't accept any real answer that doesn't mesh with your personal beliefs.

I will take any answer that makes sense. I'm all for deer management whether or not baiting is a part of it so let's hear what you got. Nobody else has answered what makes Tennessee right and other states wrong, they have only stated that's just the way it is. Let's hear "why" .

It would even be a thousand times better coming from twra personnel with solid facts instead of some guy called bsk or boogerthumper.

Keep in mind that it's not twra's job to produce big bucks for us. Their job is to protect and monitor the resource. The overall health of the deer population is more important to them and to most ethical hunters than anything else.

I'm not here for a debate,I'm here for a fact based answer, which I suspect,is why this topic was moved from the twra forum.
