I am looking for opinions on whether or not it would matter if I purchased a pair of light rubber boots with a camo pattern or if I bought a pair that are just plain olive drab.
I will be buying them for bow season as my old pair (camo) have a hole in the sole. I know i like rubber boots and that is what i will buy, but i just want some opinions on the color schemes.
thanks,

I personally always go with camo patterns but honestly there is no way that olive drab would ruin your hunt or set up. IMO. Now pair of white sneakers with white socks on could pose a problem moving or jittering around in a tree stand.

Ive killed them in boat shoes and tennis shoes (I forget my boots a lot). It doesnt make a hill of beans difference if you have the wind in your favor and are still.

Thanks guys. I usually go with camo patterns too Tomahawk, but the boots are the same except for the camo pattern vs. not having it and the price of the non camo boots are considerably lower.

Doesn't make a dif! I've killed deer (with a bow) not wearing any camo. I sometimes like to wear just drab colors. Camo is just a marketing scheme.

I believe rubber boots do HELP mask your path into your stand. I wear brown and black boots and have never felt it caused me to be seen.

Yes that extra charge for the camo pattern is so annoying. And like others have said it really doesn't matter. As long as you can keep movement to a minimum and wind in your favor your in good shape. Of course you know that better than me I'm sure.
