Has anyone noticed in the past if deer are more/less active in the fields when corn is planted instead of beans?

I seem to have better luck with beans.Hard to hunt standing corn and after it get cut the left over corn is gone a lot faster than when beans are cut.

Probably depends on the time of year. Beans early while still green, corn especially after its cut.

I like both and have had good luck with deer coming to and from both. I hardly ever hunt the fields on Priest, but i do like to hunt the trails going to and from them. Like Rafi said hard to hunt standing corn, but by ML the corn "should" be cut. I like Bean fields during bow, but once the fields are cut I like corn.

Corn. Deer use beans all during their growth, but corn is a stronger draw after harvest. Also corn is usually followed by wheat to add nitrogen back into the soil So corn can be a 2 for 1
