I used to put them out. They definitely keep the deer coming by during hot weather.
I quit putting them out last year because I got tired of paying for 4 of them at a time.

Just use plain ol loose trace mineral salt! Its a fraction of the cost and works as well if not better than the TR does. I switched exclusivelly several years ago after testing and proving there was NO advantage in use by the TR whatsoever, NONE!
