Plant, Spray, fertilize, lime food plots
Bushhog roads, fields, etc
Mineral Sites
New Stand sites
Look for new food plot areas
fix fences, gates, put up new signs
If I have a new tract, then lay it out for hunting, crops/plots
improve roads for access, hunting, equipment, put in ponds, water holes.
Kill as many hogs that I can on the hog problem tract.
Scout after season, before and during turkey season,
TC's after season, and before new one
A lot of stuff
Buddy still reminds me that 30 years ago we just, got FT C. tag, and went huntng

i've been hunting the same property for 13years now so i know it pretty good. i put salt blocks out in march and turkey hunt in april and may. after that i dont go back out much because of the tall grass and ticks. ill squirrel hunt it in august, bushhog in september, and cut limbs and all that stuff out the same weekend i bushhog.

I do alot of coon hunting so that really helps a man keep tabs on the deer and pretty much know where the biggest bucks are by the end of Summer. Run trail cams year round on the lands I own. Keep several acres in perennial food plots year round. Plant a crap ton of hard and soft mast trees and do all the maintenance required for them. Try to get several acres of Timber Stand Improvement done every year as well, leaving nothing but wildlife friendly trees and creating bedding areas/browse. Do alot of bottom field watching in the evenings to see whats is around to head up in the mountains come Fall. Ill mess around alot on the mass of public land around here alot as well coon hunting and run into alot of good spots that way, just mark em on a map and come back some day.

I work on our lease year round, in the spring i lime the fields and in the fall i plant them...in between i mow them and work on improvements both on the fields existing or the ones the timber company just tore up.....yep they tear some up each and every year.

I'm pretty much in the same category as you BH on this one. I do own land, but try to stay out and away from it as much as possible during the off season, with the exception of putting out some trail cams during the months of July and Aug. But, when season opens, I'm in there every chance I get, trying to spread my time around to whichever stands will allow it regarding the wind. It's all wooded, ridges and hollers, with the exception of a field at the front next to my Grandmother's house, which is about 2-3 acres.

When you are in charge of a club and all the plots' upkeep, there is plenty to do. Got to do some mowing on Thursday of this week. SPrayed a tank full last week and will spray another tank full this week.
I enjoy it though. Gives me something to do.

I run a cam on a trophy rock from 1st of June to the end of season. I also keep a trophy rock out year round. I'm putting in food plots this year and its going pretty good so far.

I would love to get paid to do such work.......I know that it's hard work, but I still think I would be happier than a tick on a coon hound.....lol.
When I win the lottery, I'm going to buy some land, work on it, build stands and guide some hunters..... have a free kids weekend.......now, if I just knew those winning lotto numbers.....

Post-season scout and map rubs late January through early March.
Move some stands before spring green-up.
Conduct browse surveys in late February through March.
Put out new Trophy Rocks in early April.
Final stand movement in July and August, once fall food sources are apparent.
Set-up and run cameras over salt licks in August.
Prepare and plant fall food plots in late August and early September.
Set-up, run and move cameras weekly over non-baited sites September through mid-January.
Review habitat and update habitat maps year-round.
