I have trained myself to go before I head out hunting but there has been those upsets so I just go ..... & I do try to get away from my stand a little !!

I ALWAYS go hunting with TP 1st thing to go in the backpack. You got that all wrong...its the last thing to go in the pack, that way its on top and you dont have to go digging through your pack.
exactly right. I simply dig the best hole I can with my boot, do my business and cover it with a few kisks of my boot if im in my hunting area. I have also been known to stand in water over my ankles when its close by, and do my business, helps with the smell as well.

I always have to take a dump every morning before i go to my stand, so i time it so that i crap before i leave out for my stand.I NEVER go anywhere without a full roll of tp!

Had it happen before. I usually take off real quick and get at least alittle ways away from the area. Do it in a creek to if theres one close, water may dissipate the stink alittle, may not but hey worth a try lol

I always take TP and if i have to go then i am gonna go. I went last year two separate times within 10 yds of the same stand location and had deer come by both time!

Its not!
I used to pee in bottles on the other hand of it and after reading Charles Alsheimers articles on peeing anywhere and in a scrape i quit using a bottle and let it rip from the treestand and i can tell you first hand they totally ignore it!!!
I have never worried about either since!
