Did I get the right stuff? Went to tractor supply and picked up some stuff called ground work concentrate but it only has 2.5% permethrin, will this work or not? HELP

if it has permethrin, it will work. you just won't have to cut the 2.5% as much.

Once its mixed can you get it on your skin or do you still need to be careful about that?

it's still a clothing only treatment.
