With the RiverOak leasing plan discussed on here lately, was just wondering if any of TnDeer members were bidding on any of their properties. Not how much, just if their process was getting positive results.

I have seen people in general getting much wiser with their money over the past year or so, and most people who could afford those leases didn't accumulate their wealth by being stupid.

We will not be bidding - don't ever want to be involved with that company again.

Personally, I wouldn't pay $2 an acre for those leases. And if I'm thinking correctly, there are additional charges for food plots, charges beyond the lease price per acre.
Besides, no matter how good a deal might "appear", if you don't trust your trading partners, it's a rotten deal.
