Thats cool.My son hasn't gotten a deer yet but he loves deer meat.He doesn't even know what beef is.

Now that is a shame. I grow beef cattle. Nothing like a big slab of sirloin steak from an angus/simmental cross steer finished on whole shell corn and cottonseed meal.

I think its a shame you can't find a decent way to cook deer so you will enjoy it.
