With Deer season right around the corner YE Ha, I did an inventory on my Deer meat. Getting down there. 3 roasts, 7 steaks, couple stews, and Jerky. Time to make up the last of my jerky for Catfishing trips to supplement my Organic Natural Wild freezer meat until hunting season get here again. 5 deer about right for me each year. BSK>If you smell my Smoker Rocking. Don't come a Knocking!!! 
Easy man. We still have 3.5 months to go. You better catch a lot of catfish

I still have enough straps to grill 5 more times and about 40 lb of sausage and 20lb of ground. Should get me to the first of September!

I have a small deep freezer full. I bought a beef from NBF7240 last winter and have hardly opened my venison freezer. LOL I like deer but I love a good NY Strip or Ribeye!
My nephew just got home from Afghanistan last week and we are cooking out for him this weekend think Ill throw about 10 lbs of venison on the grill with the burgers and chicken.

. Also, my dad and I are goin elk huntin in Idaho this fall, so I'm sure we'll be bringing back another 300+ lbs of elk meat plus all the deer we get........Just hope we dont have another power outage!
