If PI did not exist I wouldn't put in for a WMA hunt and I wouldn't buy Sportsman licenses.

Id just spend the years that it takes to get a PI permit hunting some of the huge tracts of full access public ground in TN that holds very nice bucks.

I would do the same thing I do now, and put in for a draw hunt that I can draw every year or every other year and get to know the place like the back of my hand.

..., but I have seen several E TN public land bucks that are bigger than anything I have yet to see come off of PI...I've got two of em myself....
