Yea, I always heard the a "button" buck is the best eating deer that you can kill. I need to get me a better scope, where I can see those "buttons" better. I'll bet money that you don't even have to marinate them. Kind of like veal cutlets, I suppose.

Fawn is absolutely the best eating, camp meat is most always a Fawn, like candy when your hungry!
