I know doe usually have one or maybe twins in a season BUT do they ever have triplets or quads? The reason I ask is for fun and because I saw three little ones with two bigger ones the other day. Probably two were twins and one was not a sibling.

Absolutely. I have seen a doe on our place have triplets every other year, and twins on the other years.

Absolutely. I have seen a doe on our place have triplets every other year, and twins on the other years. You should name her Mertle...Fertile Mertle.

I've seen triplets several times. Thats the most I have seen with a doe.

Twins are normal (a doe has a biforcated uterus intended for two fetuses) but triplets aren't that uncommon.

Yes does have triplets. really it depends on their nutrition and available food in the area.

For 5 years I had a backyard doe that dropped triplets. Two of those years I was able to find them right behind my tractor shed within 5 or 6 hours after they were born.

Yep Triplets occur but twins are the norm for adult does.
