I bought the heater body suit out of season. So I put it to test in my living room at around 75 degrees. I have full clothing on and zipped her up for 45 minutes. I never broke out in a sweat and my body temp stayed very much about the same. I believe the heater body suit will maintain your body temp in any type of weather....Mostly the cold...
