Every climber i ever used that folded either squeeked or wasn't stable or both. But knowing Sommit they will make it right.
You haven't sat in a Lone Wolf then. Lone Wolf has had quality climbers that fold flat for years. A little heavy, but I'll never switch. But after all it doesn't say summit on it so I'm sure no one will check it out.

I've been favorably impressed with everything I've ever tried that came from Lone Wolf.

Not new. They made a bullet backpacker a few years ago. It is a re-vamp it looks like. I have one of the backpackers and like it very well. Does not make a lot of noise. Here is a link to the backpacker.

I dunno, I personally don't see much advantage with a stand that folds up flat. It weighs the same either way. Now, I have to take extra time to unfold it. They have more potential "squeak" points. My summit Goliath carries quite well. But, everyone has their likes and dislikes. I always preferred the quicker, quieter I could get a stand on the tree, the better!

You are correct sir.I have never owned a Lone Wolf.I will never try one either until they replace their seat.Every time Lone Wolf comes up on a thread in Archery Talk all you hear is how uncomfortable the seats are.If it was just 1 or 2 times i wouldnt think anythink about it.But it comes up everytime.$400 stand and the seat is terrible. Oh by the way i dont use a Summit i use a Cougar Claw,IMO the best stand made. Stands are like trucks and bows.Different strokes for different folks. Good luck and good hunting.

You have been misinformed on the seat on a Lone Wolf being "Terrible". I do use an additional cushion when sitting long stints in one, but its actually one of the most versatile seats on the market, with heigth and leveling adjustments not found on the cheaper stands mentioned here. The pros far outweigh the cons on a Lone Wolf seat, and the entire stand for that matter, and its a far superior stand to the Summits and definitely the cougar claws, IMO! But thats all it is an opinion. I personally favor the old style Loggy Bayous over anything else to bowhunt from, very light and fold flat, quiet and absolutely nothing to get in the way of any bowshot that presents itself. How anybody can bowhunt from a stand with a bar around the front is beyond me, as you are setting yourself up for dissapointment sooner or later, when you cant shoot because of the rail in your way, and yes I guarantee if you hunt long enough it WILL happen! Im not one of the Summit groupies myself, I do think they make a good mid grade stand, but they have a lot of problems with their quality as well. I have saw dozens of posts on this website alone of how good their customer service is, due to having problems with their stands. Its great to have good customer service, but when I buy a product I hope I never have a conversation with customer service, as if the company is doing its job you wont have to right??? Lots of good stands out their these days compared to 20 years ago, buy what suits you best!

COOL! Im a member of "Summit Groupies"!!! I like mine, hope everyone likes whatever they hunt in.As for bow hunting,Im tall,6 4" ,I adjust the seat lower, never had a problem with the bar,but could see how if your not tall it could get you.Never had a conversation with their customer service, but its nice to know they are good.

The way my Viper and Goliath stands fit so tight and snug together, I see no advantage whatsoever in a folding stand, unles I was travelling to the woods in a compact car instead of a truck. My API Grand Slam was usually pretty good, too, except the little straps that held them together while packing occasionally came loose and allowed clciking noises.
