where is it?
who want to go in half with me. too late i just bought it want to lease it for 30 an acre? 
Glad you bought it. Now I have a neighbor that has tractor.

Id buy...I have 153 for sale by me right now but just cant swing funds to buy that large of a track especially since its just been cut. 40 would be perfect! Especially if it has an additional access point.

Do the right thing & stay off. Try & find the next of kin to get legal permission. If no luck look at it to your advantage as the property being a no hunt safety zone.

Im telling ya times are hard and if you have money to put on land then you need to be doing it because there are alot of folks out there hurting for money and you can find some real deals. Now Ive got 85 acres in Fentress and 55 acres in Morgan. 140 acres total with 55 acres being very valuable timber and Ive only got 99,500 in it. Its time, Im tellin ya lol
